Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Forms & Reports Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Report Development: Design and develop reports using Oracle Forms and Reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders. This involves understanding requirements, creating prototypes, and delivering high-quality reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to extract insights that drive business strategies. You will be expected to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

• ETL Processes: Work on ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration from various sources. You will be tasked with transforming and loading data into relevant databases, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing data flow for performance.

• Data Modeling: Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain data models that support reporting and analytics. Your expertise will help in structuring data to align with business needs, ensuring that the architecture is robust and scalable.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports Development is required. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of the tools and technologies involved in report creation and data management.

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Proven experience in data analysis and data modeling is essential. Candidates should be adept at interpreting complex data structures and translating them into meaningful reports and models.

• Oracle APEX: Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a must. Familiarity with this platform will be crucial for developing web-based applications and enhancing the reporting capabilities.

• ETL Processes: Strong understanding and practical experience with ETL processes are required. You should be familiar with tools and methodologies for data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure effective data management.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing technical challenges and providing innovative solutions. You should be able to think critically and apply analytical skills to overcome obstacles.

• Team Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential. You will be part of a dynamic team, and effective communication and cooperation are key to achieving project goals.
