Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and talented salesperson who will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in EMEA with enterprises, institutions, and government agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning our SaaS solutions to meet those needs effectively. Responsibilities
- Deliver on annual booking numbers for assigned accounts and overall territory.
- Take charge of and build a pipeline of new and assigned customers and accelerate our movement toward enterprise-level partnerships with these customers.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships for the life cycle of your enterprise clients, closing renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer management, Finance, and product/engineering teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired candidate profile
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS quota-carrying experience, with verifiable track records of sales and account growth success.
- Familiarity across the entire client acquisition cycle from lead to close.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to express ideas and information clearly.
- Experience solving problems with minimal guidance and supervision and you proactively identify new ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, easily build rapport and establish relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Ability to learn a technical product and deliver its value (on video) to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong SF, Office365, Slack, and Monday.com skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
