Location: Charlotte North Carolina.
Work Authorization: USC GC H4EAD & GCEAD
Job Type: Onsite For First Two Weeks & Then Hybrid.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with deep expertise in the Record to Report (R2R) process to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the endtoend financial reporting cycle within SAP ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency in financial data management and supporting continuous improvement in business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP R2R Processes: Manage and execute the full Record to Report process including journal entries reconciliations consolidations and financial reporting within SAP.

System Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize SAP R2R modules to enhance system performance and meet evolving business requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within the R2R cycle to drive efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Support Financial Close: Ensure accurate and timely monthend quarterend and yearend financial closing and reporting.

Compliance & Controls: Maintain financial data integrity ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS GAAP) and support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with finance IT and business stakeholders to align SAP R2R processes with business objectives and drive seamless integration across systems.

Training & Documentation: Provide training to endusers and maintain documentation for R2R processes and SAP configurations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.

35 years of handson experience in SAP with a focus on the Record to Report (R2R) module.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS GAAP).

Proven experience in optimizing SAP R2R processes and configuring related modules.

Familiarity with monthend/yearend close processes reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in leading or participating in SAP implementations or upgrades
