Job Title: Sr. Java Software Engineer
Location: Irvine CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Interview :: Video

Job Description:
- This is really a Back End Java Developer specifically for their back end cloud platforms so they need experience developing cloud applications for AWS and Azure.
- They need Java and spring and some deployment/DevOps experience. CI/CD Docker Kubernetes NoSQL. Its all in the description.
- In this role you will be a key member of our engineering team responsible for the design development and maintenance of our backend cloud applications. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies and backend development to build secure reliable and performant systems that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend services using cloudnative technologies
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and other teams to ensure seamless integration
- Select and utilize appropriate cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure OCI) to build and deploy applications
- Optimize backend systems for performance scalability and costefficiency
- Implement robust security measures to ensure data protection and application integrity
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Stay up to date on the latest cloud technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in cloud backend software development
- Proven experience designing and building scalable reliable and secure cloudbased applications
- Strong proficiency in backend programming language Java and frameworks like SpringBoot
- Experience with a specific cloud platform (AWS Azure OCI)
- Experience with cloudbased databases (e.g. NoSQL databases relational databases)
- Experience with distributed middleware (e.g. Message queue config center)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
- Indepth knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. APIs message queues)
- Experience with security best practices for cloud environments
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with serverless architectures
