Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 FICO Process Owner to join our ERP Implementation team for a critical role supporting the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes during the transition to SAP S/4 with a focus on data validation testing support documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Validation:
- Perform data validation during mock cutovers dress rehearsals and Go Live to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address discrepancies and ensure smooth data migration.
- Testing Support:
- Provide handson support for Integration Testing Cycles (ITC1 ITC2 ITC3) and business simulation.
- Assist in creating and executing test cases identifying defects and working with the technical team to resolve issues.
- Document test results and provide feedback to the project management and IT teams.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for testing activities including test scripts scenarios and outcomes.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate records of testing progress ensuring compliance with the projects standards and protocols.
- Training Assistance:
- Review training materials related to the SAP S/4 FICO module ensuring clarity and alignment with the new processes.
- Provide instruction and support to end users and business stakeholders during training sessions ensuring their understanding of the new system.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or similar role with specific experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO module including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) and Controlling (CO).
- Experience with data migration and validation in ERP projects.
- Knowledge of ERP testing methodologies and tools with handson experience in test case creation and execution.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to communicate complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in largescale ERP implementations particularly within the finance and accounting domains.
- Familiarity with SAP testing tools like SAP Solution Manager HP ALM or others.
- Experience in delivering user training and support during Go Live.
