W H A T W E N E E D
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer/Data Analyst to join a team of experts and driven juniors.
We are interested in someone working with data and cloud solutions; particularly with Azure and/or Power BI. You will collaborate with your team members within Fabric and Power Platform working closely with end users to provide business value.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in solution design and development for both small and large customers; with whom we have built strongrelationships.
Many of the assignments will be undertaken in partnership with customers where ourconsultants play a major part in longterm strategy.
Examples of potential tasks:
Designingbuilding and maintaining data flows/architectures for data processing
Integrating large data sets from multiple data sources and performing data modelling
Contributing to constantly improving our way of working within Data Analytics
Being part of developing and refining existing data analytics services at Xenit
At Xenit we workextensively with Microsoft Azure and related tooling such as: Power BI Azure Data Factory Fabricand DataBricks. It would be greatif you have experience within all of these areas If not we are happy if you are someone whoexcels within one area but are curious to learn the other technologies.
C O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H
We believe our next Data Engineer / Data Analyst has:
Around 5 years of experience in the above
Good knowledge within Power BI
Skilled in ETL/ELT development
Handson experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric
Experience within data modelling/design/architecture
It is a bonus if you have knowledge within:
Microsoft Purview
Azure Synapse Analytics
Data Lake/Data Lakehouse
Python or R
We also believe that you are a person who:
Is selfgoing makes things happen and takes responsibility for their own work
Has a passion for Data Engineering andwants to develop within this area
Has a methodical and structured way of working
Can understand/analyse complex issues quickly
Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with both customers and colleagues
Enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences in order to support colleagues in reaching common goals
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Above all else displays kindness and compassion in everything they do
