Position:Content Moderator with Danish
Location: HybridQormi Malta (office) AND remote fromanywhere inMalta
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review usergenerated content (e.g. sales ads)
- Support users and answer their questions via email
- Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expertknowledge of publication rules market trends and moderation best practices
- Provide feedback to managers on trends common enduser mistakes andquestions
- Give aninput on improvements of publication rules to improve userexperiences
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies andguidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Danish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in content moderation customer care and/or online business will be considred as an advantage
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer focused with willingness to assist
- Team player.
