Job Description
An outstanding primary school in Surrey is seeking a proactive and passionate KS1/KS2 teacher to join their team starting January 2025.
The pupils are motivated curious and eager to learn and the school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports their holistic development. We are looking for a KS1/KS2 teacher who can create engaging and effective lessons promote positive learning experiences and help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities of a KS1/KS2 Teacher:
- As a KS1/KS2 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of pupils ensuring they feel supported and encouraged in their learning journey.
- Delivering the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum to children focusing on their individual learning targets nurturing their strengths and addressing areas for development.
- Developing literacy and numeracy skills through wellstructured engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe valued and motivated to participate.
- Monitoring and assessing pupils progress using data to inform planning and report back to parents and the schools leadership team.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:
- Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS preferred).

- Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 with a track record of delivering highquality lessons.
- Confidence to manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies ensuring a positive learning environment.
