Job Description
In collaboration we are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Germanspeaking Video Content Moderator for their office in Porto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while working on a major streaming platform.
Location: Porto Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user reports on video content and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Audit and update content including sensitive material
- Make balanced decisions adhering to policies especially related to data protection
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of client products/services
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- 6 months of relevant experience preferred
- Comfortable with shift rotations including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle sensitive content
- Strong computer and communication skills
