Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Psychology teacher to inspire the next generation of psychologists. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving department and make a lasting impact on students learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Psychology lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analysis.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of the departments curriculum and assessment strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
