Role Description
Efficiently operate CNC milling machines in a fastpaced manufacturing shop environment to meet the customer needs. Completion of documentation (job travelers operator check sheets inspection reports etc.). ensure proper inspection of first piece and inprocesses inspection are performed and made adjustments as required.
Assist other employees when needed to achieve company manufacturing goals.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision but know when to ask for assistance.
Good communication skills and working as a team are a must.
Qualifications
- Technical Drawing and CNC Programming skills
- Machining and Milling experience
- Proficiency in Mastercam Programming 3 years
- Must be able to read and understand prints
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- 3 years experience in an operator/setup position with CNC Vertical 3Axis milling centers
