Location: Houston TX 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Windows Admin
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in Move Add and Changes
- Build deploy and maintain enduser devices
- Track prioritize document and resolve enduser incident tickets
- Develop and document process and procedural enhancements
- Manage maintain and audit hardware and software inventory
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness communication and professionalism
- Evaluate and solve advanced technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and training to endusers
- Maintain and support a O365 VDI and mobile environment
Knowledge of the following is required:
- Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications
- Network fundamentals (connections components protocols)
- Active Directory (account mgmt)
- Experience with Local and Remote user assistance
- Mobile Device Management
- Proficient with Laptops and physical desktops
