Job Description
Cooler Master is a computer hardware manufacturer from Taiwan. Founded in 1992 the company is a popular brand for computer chassis power supplies coolers and gaming gear. Alongside the retail business Cooler Master is also an OEM vendor for many major brand names in the computer industry.

The European HQ is located in the Netherlands.
Tasks
Key Objectives
Checks and completes incoming RMA requests in our system
Provides excellent customer support to our customers
Manages spare parts stock.
Role and responsibilities
Checks incoming RMA goods and tests these according to company guidelines
Maintains database stock control of spare parts repairs/refurbishes goods if possible.
Ensures that correct credit notes are generated by the sales department.
Provides online customer and enduser support.
Requirements
Educated to middlelevel vocational education or equivalent
Good understanding of computer hardware in general and Cooler Master Products specifically is plus.
Minimum of 12 years experience in a similar job.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
Personal Characteristics
Proactively supports colleagues and collaborates with them to help achieve targets.
Seeks out and acts on both internal and external customer/client feedback.
Enthusiastic personality with attention to detail and strong organizational skills who is used to work in a
