Compensation: $25.00 while on Training then Salaried Role Incentives Comission

Role Overview
As a Sales Trainee youll be immersed in a fastpaced environment focused exclusively on business development. Your primary objective will be to book meetings with potential clients in assigned territories and support the Account Managers in closing new business deals. You will work under a 90day probationary period where youll have structured training clear KPIs and direct mentorship from senior team members. If successful youll be transitioned into a fulltime sales role with greater responsibilities and rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients within your assigned territory.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct phone calls send emails and utilize LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings with decisionmakers.
- Email Marketing: Distribute marketing materials (e.g. Statement of Capabilities Most Placeable Candidates MPCs) to prospects.
- Scheduling Meetings: Secure meetings with potential clients primarily for the assigned Account Managers.
- Client Communication: Manage initial contact and ensure smooth handoff to Account Managers.
- CRM Management: Keep CRM (HubSpot CEIPAL) updated with prospect information meeting notes and activity logs.
- Agreement Preparation: Send agreements to clients and follow up until they are signed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and facilitate the business development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and desire to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office email outreach tools and CRM systems (HubSpot CEIPAL experience is a plus).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
During the 90day probationary period you will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:
KPI Breakdown for Sales Trainee -
Sales DropOffs
- Definition: Number of inperson visits to deliver marketing materials or branded items to key decisionmakers at prospect sites. This activity is designed to build relationships and get your foot in the door.
- KPI: Conduct at least 1525 inperson dropoffs per week with decisionmakers.

New Client Meetings or Lunches
- Definition: Number of new meetings booked with prospective clients for Account Managers.
- KPI: Book at least 1520 new client meetings or Lunches per month (depending on territory size and potential).

Email Marketing (Statement of Capabilities and MPCs)
- Definition: Number of targeted email campaigns sent out (e.g. Statement of Capabilities MPCs) with followup.
- KPI: Send out 5075 targeted emails per week with a 15% response rate.

Agreements Sent
- Definition: Number of agreements or contracts sent to prospective clients after a successful meeting.
- KPI: 35 agreements sent per month.

Agreements Signed
- Definition: Number of agreements signed by clients after negotiations.
- KPI: 23 signed agreements per month.
Additional KPIs (PostProbationary Period) Upon successful completion of the probationary period additional KPIs will be implemented to reflect the ongoing growth of the Sales Trainees role:
- Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of prospects ensuring continuous movement through the sales funnel.
- Lead Response Time: Ensure a 24hour turnaround time for all new lead responses.
- Prospect Qualification: Qualify 80% of prospects before passing them to Account Managers.
