Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Administer medications perform interventions and manage complications as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and followup care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room or a similar acute care setting.
Inpatient care experience is required.
