75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) NO LOCAL TRAVELERS Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility and only submit those candidates with the requested experience. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. Must have 2 years current NICU and/or PICU experience required (no exceptions) provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing respiratory treatment and/or ventilatory support flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager) a resume and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
CERTS: BLS required. PALS NRP and ACLS preferred. BLS (ACLS and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association American Health and Safety or American Red Cross.
EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
SHIFTS: 12 hour nights shift. Weekends/Holidays required. Floating required May need to support PresNow locations. May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call weekends and holidays required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. May need to support PresNow locations. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract not to exceed 40 total hours and includes EPIC training.
SCRUBS: Required and not provided by the facility.
