Were looking for a talented support technician to join our Helpdesk team in Warsaw. You will already have a strong proven interest in all things computer related such as a hobby in coding or working with computers.
The role involves speaking with customers over the phone so you must be confident on the phone and with communication in general.
You will handle 1st and 2nd line queries for Windows 11 desktops Windows and Linux servers.

Responsibilities
- Taking support desk phone calls
- Supporting Windows 11 desktop and Windows Server 2019/2022
- Basic Linux server support
- Working from a ticketing system and accurately logging all work
- Correctly prioritising your ticket flow and escalating where necessary
- Some coding in bash batch and maybe python
- Maintaining a good customer relationship for all support queries
Essential
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Minimum 1 year experience with Windows support
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Helpdesk environment
- Basic grasp of the Linux command line
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server
- Be able to take direction and follow procedures.
- Highlymotivated can show initiative and results.
