Job Summary:
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Raffles Doha you will play a crucial role in our culinary team contributing to the high standards of food quality and presentation that Raffles is known for. You will assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and that the kitchen operates efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes adhering to recipes and presentation standards while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist in the daily operations of your assigned kitchen section ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment and effective communication.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff fostering their development and ensuring adherence to Raffles culinary standards.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or highend hotel environment.
