What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Ensuring all function rooms are properly cleaned and set to specifications
- Ensuring all equipment is properly stored and accounted for
- Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
