Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service creating memorable cousu main moments for our guests.
- Train & develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 star service standards
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Implement and maintain operational standards ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment nurturing the growth and development of your team members
To be successful in your application you must:
- Be amazing have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality
- Show initiative you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
Qualifications :
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements the below would be advantageous:
- Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current LCQ certificate (Preferred)
- Be flexible you are required to work a variety of shifts including late nights public holidays and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
