The Sales team is looking for a Travel Sales Manager to focus on the strategic management of corporate and leisure travel agency partners. They will closely monitor the set quarterly targets and will work with the team on achieving them. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for our corporate and leisure travel agencies
- Negotiate agreements with existing and new local partners
- Oversee the strategic planning of sales activities and have regular review meetings to monitor revenue development & growth
- Cooperate with corporate sales in the lead generation process
- Help oversee customerspecific solution implementations for our corporate clients and travel agency partners
- Carry out trainings sales calls workshops and other marketing activities alongside our partners
- Represent Rixos at industry events
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration Hospitality or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales/account management within the travel industry or related
- Proven success in portfolio growth and successful negotiation
- Functional knowledge of tracking managing and presenting KPIs
