The Balam Guide will serve as the primary point of contact for the resort management and personal service ensuring a seamless and sophisticated living experience for guests throughout different activities. This role requires a blend of hospitality expertise organizational skills and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in luxury hotels private households or similar roles in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with colleagues VIPS owners and guests.
Familiarity with formal dining and service etiquette as well as event planning. Knowledge of the LQA Forbes AAA and AMEX FH&R standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Strong critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues as they arise.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules depending on the specific needs of the resort.
Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera) and communication tools.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) additional languages are a plus.
Handling Microsoft Office software and writing with professional etiquette
