Are you passionate about driving revenue in the Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector Were seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to implement proactive sales strategies targeting the corporate segment and MICE business group for our landmark property.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan with regular followups to adapt to market needs.
- Conduct market research to uncover new MICE opportunities and provide valuable market intelligence to the Director of Sales
- Collaborate with Accor National Sales & MICE teams to maximize access to key accounts.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies for the conference segment and build relationships with conference and incentive companies to secure new business.
- Represent the hotel at key industry events for maximum ROI.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and pricing to achieve business objectives.
- Strengthen existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated success in sales within the hospitality industry with a focus on events.
- Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets showcasing exceptional negotiation and selling abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills adept at building rapport and delivering impactful presentations to clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends and identify lucrative business opportunities.
- Resultsdriven professional with a proven ability to achieve sales goals and meet portfolio KPIs.
- Familiarity with Opera and Delphi is a plus.
