Positions are available within a 35mile radius of:
- Chicago IL
- Pittsburgh PA
- Saginaw MI
- Springfield IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate patientcentered nursing care in home settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management home health and hospice services.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and patient safety standards.
Position Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Certifications in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Compensation & Benefits:
