About the Role:
As a Founding Engineer youll design build and scale the platform working closely with a talented team to solve complex problems. Youll have ownership over the services you build and grow into an engineering leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable solutions for the platform.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Mentor and manage future hires as the company grows.
Requirements:
- 12 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience in highgrowth startups or highpressure environments.
- Proficiency with Go Typescript Postgres and AWS.
- Strong prioritization communication and collaboration skills.
Nicetohaves:
- Experience building trading systems or prior fintech experience.
- Expertise in distributed systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $150000
- Equity: 1%
