Position: Founding Senior Engineer
Location: San Francisco CA or New York NY (Inoffice)

With backing from toptier investors the company is rapidly scaling and currently works with over 50 law firms to streamline their operations.
Team Size:
Join a small fastgrowing team where youll play a crucial role in shaping the product and scaling the company. Youll work closely with the founders and help define the companys culture and vision.
About the Role:
As a Founding Senior Engineer youll work directly with the founding team to build and scale a categorydefining AI product for law firms. This role is ideal for someone excited about working in a fastpaced earlystage startup environment and taking on a leadership position as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale backend or fullstack solutions for a rapidly growing product.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy and technical vision.
- Take ownership of the codebase ensuring quality and scalability.
- Help shape the companys culture and vision as a key member of the early team.
Requirements:
- 410 years of experience in backend or fullstack engineering in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Strong product sense and high ownership with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience in building and scaling codebases for highgrowth startups.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a toptier university (Ivy League Stanford MIT) or equivalent experience.
- Excited to work inperson at an earlystage startup.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $160000
- Equity: 1.2%
