Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Solution Architect to join our team as a consultant. In this role, you will develop advanced cybersecurity solutions tailored for government clients in the Middle East. Your expertise will be critical in designing and implementing robust security frameworks that comply with national regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cyber Security Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

1. Solution Development: Designing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that align with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards, including ECC-1:2018 Essential Cybersecurity Controls, ECC-1:2020 Cloud Cybersecurity Controls, Telework Cybersecurity Controls, and National Cryptography Standards.

2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all solutions meet the regulatory requirements of the NCA, as well as international data privacy standards, such as the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

3. Threat and Risk Analysis: Conducting thorough threat assessments and risk analyses for both proposed and ongoing projects, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.

4. Security Architecture Design: Crafting security architectures that encompass network security, data protection, identity management, and secure communication protocols, ensuring they are both effective and efficient.

5. Strategic Alignment: Aligning cybersecurity initiatives with key national objectives, such as Saudi Vision 2030 and the KSA e-Government Program (Yesser), while adhering to sector-specific regulations, particularly in finance and energy.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or Solution Architect, with a proven track record in developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions.
• High proficiency in NCA’s regulations, particularly ECC-1:2018, ECC-1:2020, Telework Cybersecurity Controls, and National Cryptography Standards.
• In-depth knowledge of the PDPL and familiarity with international data privacy standards.
• Demonstrated capability in performing detailed threats and risk analyses.
• Exceptional skills in designing security solutions that meet NCA controls and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in both English (B2 level or higher) and Arabic, with a preference for native Arabic speakers.

Recruitment Process:

The recruitment process consists of two stages:

1. Initial Interview: An online interview with a Recruiter lasting approximately 30 minutes to assess your suitability for the role.

2. Final Interview: A subsequent online interview with the Pre-Sales Director of P2H Arabia and the Pre-Sales Project Manager, lasting up to 1 hour. This will allow us to evaluate your technical expertise and alignment with our strategic goals.
