Create and implement strategies for growing key accounts based on departmental goals.
Identify potential clients and expand the customer network according to assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Visit client factories when necessary to better understand their services and provide optimal support.
Propose updates and improvements to policies focusing on enhancing relationships with existing key accounts.
Collaborate with other departments and branches under the guidance of the Key Account Director and Department Head to execute growth strategies.
Customer Development Activities
Attend departmental meetings to define actionable plans.
Handle issues that arise in maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with consultations negotiations and problemsolving during the execution phase.
Provide regular reports on customer development activities to ensure progress aligns with targets.
Suggest partnership programs and service quality improvement initiatives to the Department Head for more effective customer development.
Service Quality Enhancement
Participate in evaluating current processes standards and regulations to identify improvement opportunities.
Propose new or updated procedures/SOPs to the Department Head.
Implement service improvement plans.
Report departmental performance results regularly.
Company Culture and Team Development
Enforce the department s Code of Conduct.
Contribute ideas to organize teambuilding events such as company trips yearend parties Family Day exercise sessions etc.
Propose new initiatives and team activities.
Meetings and Reporting
Participate in relevant meetings and provide periodic reports.
Bachelors degree in International Business or Foreign Trade.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work experience in the forwarding industry.
Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
Experience in sales and marketing.
Proficient in international trade negotiations and transactions.
Strong command of English and Chinese.
Excellent communication analytical problemsolving and logical thinking skills.
Proactive positive and adaptable.
