Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Prepare necessary documents and procedures for importexport activities (contracts invoices bills of lading C/O applications product quality registration chemical declaration fumigation etc.).
- Verify the HS code of goods and check import policies.
- Conduct customs declarations using ECUS VNACCS/VCIS software.
- Take responsibility for all importexport processes including preparing customs files and arranging container loading/unloading schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment schedules and deliveries.
- Gather customer information and monitor market trends as well as demand trends related to the company s services.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the department head and branch director.
Requirements

Strong English skills preferred. At least 6 months of experience in customs declaration for a forwarding company. Associate s or bachelor s degree in Economics, International Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Clear career orientation and a strong desire to stay long-term in the logistics industry.
