This role is pivotal in driving the operational strategy ensuring smooth execution and scaling our charging infrastructure across the country.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company growth objectives.
- Oversee the expansion and scaling of the charge points network across multiple cities.
Operational Management:
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the charging stations.
- Implement best practices for site selection installation and maintenance of charge points.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors suppliers and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.
Customer Experience:
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that impact the customer experience.
Data and Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to drive operational decisions and improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Innovation and Technology:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the EV charging industry.
- Integrate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming operations team.
- Foster a culture of excellence continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in operations management preferably in the EV automotive or infrastructure sectors. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
