Job Summary:
- One year contract (convertible to Permanent)
- 5 days work week
- UP to S$4000
- Completion bonus AWS
- Transport allowance $150 monthly
- Location: Central (Telok Ayer)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounts payable and cash management.
- Review verify and process approximately 300 monthly invoices ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing.
- Prepare and process staff claims and vendor payments ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms and company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledger regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare accounts payable aging and cash flow forecasts.
- Generate and review biweekly monthly quarterly and annual forecasts of cash flow when required.
- Liaise with other departments or subsidiaries to address and resolve financial issues.
Job Requirement:
- Full set accounting experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment to work independently and in team settings
- MS Office proficient
