About Company: Our client is a renowned leading Civil Engineering and Construction firm in Nigeria.
Job Summary: The company is seeking to hire a resultoriented Sales and Marketing manager who will represent the companys brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market competitors and industry trends. This role will involve advertising and selling the company s products and creating competitive advantages in the market industry generating unique sales plans and creating engaging advertisements emails and promotional literature develop pricing strategies and meeting the marketing and sales objectives of the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role must also have a strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills and furthermore possess an indepth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the companys existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets preparing annual budget plans scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans understanding consumer requirements identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the companys marketing goals.
Gathering investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Recruiting training scheduling coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
BSc in Marketing Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of success
Excellent communication interpersonal problemsolving presentation and organizational skills
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
A dynamic and performanceoriented individual with strong negotiation and selling skills.
Selfmotivated and driven largely by targets
Work well under pressure toward deadlines
Summary of Key Performance Indices
Revenue Generation Achieve a minimum external revenue of Nfrom both existing and new customers each month.
Bulk Purchase/Distribution Develop 5nos distribution network/agreement for bulk purchases of QBC current stock items (tiles sanitary wares and accessories) each quarter.
Research develop and commence distribution of 2nos niche products each quarter.
Recruit and train 6nos sales personnel for both floor and field work to cover regions within the SouthSouth and SouthEast regions each quarter
