Who Are We Looking For
The Digital Ads PPC (Pay Per Click) Administrator will be an integral part of our eCommerce and marketing team responsible for planning executing and optimizing our PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Amazon Ads Google Ads and Social Media. This role involves working closely with our graphics department and advertising agency to create compelling ads managing budgets and analyzing data to drive decisionmaking. This position will report to the SEO Manager.
Our ideal candidate is someone that is driven and passionate about digital internet marketing and digital advertising. The candidate MUST have specific expertise in managing and creating PPC ad campaigns (Search Engine Marketing Paid Search and Paid Social) for online retail eCommerce stores. This position would focus heavily on Google Ads (PPC) Facebook/Instagram Ads (PPC) and Amazon PPC Ad campaigns. Additionally there will be some minimal focus on Pinterest Ad campaigns Etsy Ad campaigns and/ or Walmart Ad campaigns! Although PPC experience is required for the position; PPC strategy build outs PPC tactical hacks and PPC software along with module training will be provided on site. We would provide training to this individual on our company s products shipping services offered and software training so the candidate is effective in communicating with our customers about aspects of our brand and products. A PPC marketing specialist is a digital marketer that specializes in the art of paid marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords Facebook/ IG/ Amazon Bing)
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ReturnOnInvestment (ROI)
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Pay: $20.00 $22.00 per hour

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Certification in AdWords is preferred
- 35 years of managing PPC Campaigns; such as eCommerce sector
- Proficient in management tools; like AdWords Facebook or Yahoo
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Tableau WebTrends and others
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and math skills
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Google Analytics: 3 years (Required)
