About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Care Delivery Operations to join our clients innovative team in Los Angeles CA. In this leadership role you will spearhead projects aimed at designing and implementing key components of the care model ensuring highquality care delivery and compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and market leaders to enhance operational processes and drive efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to shape healthcare services in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Position Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field
- 2 years of experience in all of the following:
- Vendor Management
- Strategic Initiatives
- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- 4 years of experience in all of the following:
- ValueBased Care
- Delivery Operations
- Direct healthcare operations (3 years)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
- Startup environments
- PACE (Program of AllInclusive Care for the Elderly) Model
- Market Expansion
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major projects in care model design and implementation
- Develop processes and tools to improve participant experience
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with market leadership to refine and enhance operations
- Support the launch of new markets and oversee implementation
- Evaluate and manage vendors for service delivery
- Design initiatives leveraging crossfunctional stakeholders
- Build essential functions capabilities and playbooks while proactively identifying risks and offering solutions
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Hybrid role Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Up to 50% travel to markets as needed to support business needs
