About the Opportunity
Our client in Coupeville WA is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Medical Director to lead their Primary Care team. Position Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
- Internal Medicine
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Valid Board Certification.
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Washington (WA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Please provide your National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and leadership to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage a daily patient volume of 1520 patients serving individuals of all ages.
- Ensure board certification compliance for yourself and the team.
- Utilize the Athena Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and treatment protocols.
- Lead patient care initiatives and improvements.
Schedule and Shift Details
- Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 4day workweek with 10hour shifts.
- Call: Required only by telephone.
- Oversight and leadership of APPs are integral to this role.
