Job Description

About the Client: At Gotham OS marketing begins with people and we re looking for a customercentric Sales Representative to join our thriving company. Our mission is to provide the best service experience for our customers who need accessible internet service. About the Position:

As our Sales Representative your focus is to work within the five boroughs to give access to those in the community who need highquality FiberOptic internet service. You will interface with locals in the community such as: community leaders business owners nonprofit organizations property staff and residents to provide awareness of the free and discounted internet available. Kindness is our core value. You will be successful as long as we put the needs of those we serve ahead of our own.


Main Responsibilities: (Additional daytoday tasks will be discussed during the interview process.)

  • Present promote and sell our highquality fiberoptic internet service

  • Travel within the five boroughs to communities that need fiberoptic internet service or wish to upgrade their current internet service

  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Expedite the resolution of business and customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames

  • Analyze the markets potential track sales and status reports






Requirements

Your Qualifications and Expertise:

  • At Least 6 months to 1 year of strong sales experience in sales such as telecommunications technology marketing and or related field

  • Knowledgeable with Internet services including a strong understanding of different types of internet services such as broadband fiberoptic and wireless.

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of Customer Relationship Management experience

  • Strong community engagement

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Empathetic Culturally sensitive and kind

  • Technical aptitude

  • Goaloriented



Benefits

Salary Range: $1500 to $2000 commission pay paid weekly.

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus

  • Monthly Bonus

  • Quarterly Bonus

  • Uncapped commission

Employment Type: W2: Fulltime OR Parttime 1099 Contract

Schedule: Flexible work schedules available in the Morning Afternoon and Evening

Office Setting: Hybrid

Citizenship: US or Permanent Resident

Travel: Available to travel to different locations
