Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Conduct oneonone consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports.
- Translate complex genetic concepts into easytounderstand language tailored to individual customers.
- Provide actionable lifestyle suggestions based on genetic findings (e.g. nutrition fitness supplements).
- Address customer questions concerns or uncertainties about their genetic data.
- Create and maintain personalized customer notes and followup plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve any servicerelated inquiries.
- Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations.
- Stay uptodate on the Companys evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Genetics Biology Health Sciences or a related field.
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred.
- Nutritionist dietitian other functional wellness provider also preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications.
- Strong understanding of genetic data interpretation and personalized wellness.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex genetic information.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Empathetic patient and able to build strong rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to work night shift from 12:00am to 9:00pm
- With read work from home setup equipment and stable internet connection
- Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Genetics, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field. Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred. Nutritionist, dietitian, other functional wellness provider also preferred. Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications. Strong understanding of genetic data interpretation and personalized wellness. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex genetic information.
