This is a remote position.
As a Creative Specialist your role will be pivotal in enhancing the companys digital presence through engaging and strategically aligned video content. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing up to four highquality videos per month for various social media platforms ensuring that all content aligns with both internal and external messaging guidelines. Youll leverage metrics and insights to tailor content for maximum engagement and keep pace with evolving visual trends on social media.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage video content for the dissemination to various social media platforms Maximum 4 videos per month.

Ensure messaging and content are consistent with campaign approved internal/external messaging.
.
Use available metrics and social media channels to identify the most engaging and relevant content for achieving campaign goals.
.
Keep up with visual changes and trends in social media platforms.
.
Generate original campaign artwork upon request including modifying existing content for appropriate use in digital channels (e.g. Facebook and YouTube).
.
Give feedback on scripts provided by the company.
.
Asset management and artwork curation to ensure best representation.
.
Identify ways to improve the end outcome as time goes on.
.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects confidential information and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.

Support and implement of all creative assets for company s social media campaigns (4 Videos maximum and a few additional assets for social media posting).

Support and coordinate of creative concepts for all creative communications
.
The coordination and input of video ideation including the scripts.

Video development & execution.
.
Coordination and implementation of reviews and feedback.
