Job Description
- Follow up/ meeting client and produce furniture layout plan style proposal & quotation based on customers requirement.
- Presenting ideas and concepts to clients accordingly.
- Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager.
- Manage project costs collaborate closely with 3D visualizer & colleagues from relevant departments.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibilities highly energized independent pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarinspeaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in interior design industry.
- Possess own transport.
