This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design/Model homes for installation of solar panels (Paid training provided!) using Aurora Solar software
- Will be creating proposals and sending them to sales representatives in the US
- Be "techsavvy" and a quick learner of new software
- Respond to and serve sales representatives & work with team members
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any Engineering Course or Architectural.
- With Experience in using Aurora Solar.
- Preferably with relevant experience in Graphic Design & Drafting; Knowledge in CAD is a plus! BUT NOT REQUIRED!
- Willing to be Train
- Excellent written and verbal ENGLISH communication skills
- Detail oriented & make quick and accurate decisions
- Able to work independently and as a team and communicate effectively
- Proficient in using Google productivity tools (Gmail Docs Sheets Forms etc)

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
