Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking an individual who has strong self-motivation, strong focus on collaboration, in conjunction with an analytical approach to data collection.
Based on allocated workload, you will be required to monitor the events of automotive market(s) and collect the relevant data and information in- order-to input into JATO databases using our proprietary software and following company procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code and publish required changes using JATO proprietary software against relevant quality standards, procedures, and business requirements (in accordance to SLA, KPIs, specific head office requests, etc)
- Elicit additional relevant information and ensure a steady flow of the highest quality data by using effective networking (internal, external, primary, or secondary sources) and influencing skills.
- Accountable for successfully completing designated workload along with additional specialized activities based on the immediate priorities of the Data Operations Team
- Review documentation to gather details of specific changes and align against relevant JATO definitions, data structure and existing vehicle data.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to improve data quality
- Successfully resolve customer issues as a part of The JATO experience customer. support/escalation process
- Implement correction and changes into the database as a guide required by the Data Operational management and Centre of Excellence
Desired candidate profile
Key Requirements:
- Saudi nationality with 1-3 years of recent experience in the KSA automotive sector, acquired through hands-on experience or substantial training in product or marketing research at automotive manufacturers, importers, or leasing companies.
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and a high level of commitment.
- Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Occasional travel to the Head Office in the UK and UAE is required.
- The ideal candidate will possess a higher education qualification.
- Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Essential working knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Ability to meet fast deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in French is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in both the UAE and KSA.
