Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SysAdmin Citrix Engineer to join our team and provide support for the IT Infrastructure of one of our global pharmaceutical clients.
As a member of our team you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of Citrixbased applications and services.
Main Tasks
- Provide advanced thirdlevel support for Citrix applications integrating and troubleshooting issues across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and managed services to deliver successful projects and initiatives related to Citrix applications.
- Effectively communicate and work with various IT departments and business stakeholders.
- Generate comprehensive reports on data related to application delivery services.
Requirements
- Need to be located in Barcelona or closed by willing to attend office in Sant Cugat once or twice a week.
- Minimum B2 level of English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows Server and terminal server environments including Active Directory and GPO Management.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve application execution/distribution issues.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell Ansible Python).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL Processes.
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau PowerBI).
- Nice to have:
- Good knowledge on application virtualization technologies especially Citrix (also valuable: ThinApp MS AppStream Liquidware Ericom...)
- Good knowledge on MS Azure technologies
- Knowledge in software packaging tools (MSI MSIX )
- Knowledge in software distribution tools (MS SCCM Intune )
- Good knowledge on Networking (VLANs Firewall rules...)
- Good knowledge on databases (SQL MongoDB )
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Strong accountability ownership and methodical approach.
