Role Overview
The Technology Workstream Lead for the Transformation Program is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of new technologies within the transformation initiative.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives delivering highquality results and driving business transformation
Key Responsibilities & accountabilities
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the STEP Transformation Program.
Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
Project Management: Manage project timelines resources and budgets ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business & crossfunctional teams stakeholders and senior management to communicate project status risks and issues and to facilitate decisionmaking processes.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality reliability and security complying with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing technology solutions and optimizing business processes.

Technical Expertise: Extensive technological transformation programs with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and guide crossfunctional teams towards achieving common goals.
Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools with experience in managing largescale complex technology projects.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization fostering collaboration and alignment.
Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices with experience in driving organizational change initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies with a commitment to delivering highquality technology solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry ensuring compliance in all technology implementations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the organizations overall IT strategy and support implementation. Support review of IT investment allocations to ensure they are in line with IT strategy and business demand.
Contribute to maintaining alignment of business
IT and functional strategies and prioritiesby communicating the strategy to stakeholders and fostering feedback and engagement with strategy development.
Work with IT Innovation and Project Portfolio Management organizations to identify and create business opportunities.
Advise on the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
Contribute to maintaining alignment of IT roadmap / strategies business and functional demand and investment plans.
Assist with coordinating governance reviews of innovation projects and partner with IT Innovation team on innovation projects as required. Experience knows fundamental concepts practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
