Job Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling job descriptions post on top job boards and hire talent that fits right for various roles.
- Oversee fullcycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing (phone virtual and inperson) background verification offer generation and candidate rejection.
- Work closely with managers and leadership providing regular updates on recruitment progress and interview feedback.
- Build strong relationships with consultancies to secure highquality candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and maintain detailed employee documentation.
- Manage a dynamic employee database ensuring it s uptodate with the latest information.
- Drive our performance management system and ensure thorough review processes are in place.
- Deliver impactful performance reviews to employees and lead oneonone sessions for constructive feedback.
- Gather manager feedback maintain a database of insights and conduct feedback sessions to support team growth.
- Address employee concerns handling grievances with empathy and providing timely solutions.
- Regularly review and refresh employee policies and guidelines keeping them aligned with current trends and standards.
- Identify relevant learning and development opportunities scheduling sessions well in advance to enhance skills across teams.
- Curate engaging topics for our Learning & Development programs to ensure they resonate with our teams.
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement activities both fun and meaningful.
- Conduct thoughtful exit interviews ensuring valuable insights are gathered from departing team members.
- Champion a culture of positivity and inclusiveness building strong connections with employees and creating a place where everyone feels valued and inspired.
