Role Overview:
As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for our clients. You will support account management activities assist in building relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts and developing strong relationships.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Learn and apply best practices in account management.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
A degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
