JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Integration Manager to lead our Systems Integration team in delivering innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring that diverse systems integrate seamlessly to meet project objectives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with robust technical expertise and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of systems integration activities across multiple projects. You will lead the Systems Integration team, developing and executing integration strategies that align with project objectives and timelines. Your collaborative approach will involve working closely with engineering, project management, and other departments to ensure cohesive integration of systems.

You will manage the analysis, verification, and validation of system integration requirements, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and integration objectives. Identifying and mitigating integration-related risks throughout the project lifecycle will be a priority, as will providing guidance on best practices for systems integration to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Additionally, you will maintain detailed system integration documentation, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and test plans. As a mentor to junior team members, you will play a vital role in guiding their professional development, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends will also be essential to enhance integration processes and drive continuous improvement.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems integration roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, is required.

You should have a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices, along with a proven track record of managing complex system integrations in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities are essential, as are strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is crucial. Familiarity with system architecture and integration tools will be beneficial, and relevant certifications such as INCOSE or PMP are considered an advantage.
