Job Description
Position: VIP Dealer
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Responsibilities:
- Host live casino games including but not limited to Sicbo Bau Chau Xoc Dia Fan Tan Baccarat and Roulette according to established procedures and rules.
- Interact with live casino games through Live stream platforms for remote players.
- Interact with players in a friendly and engaging manner creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the studio always showing professionalism.
- Maintain a constant commitment to excellence in each of the assigned tasks.
- Conduct casino games with precision and accuracy including dealing cards spinning the roulette wheel and managing bets while maintaining control of the game. Communicate with shift management during the operation and understand the responsibility and risks of fraud errors and mistakes.
- Transmit confidence and security in each of the stages of the game.
- Ability to actively involve players while presenting the different games.
- Dealing cards and operating different games game flow and procedures.
- Monitor player behaviour and gameplay for any signs of suspicious activity or rule violations ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
- Address player inquiries resolve disputes and provide assistance to players during gameplay maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of live games contributing to the overall success of the Casino.
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulations including those related to security safety and responsible gaming.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of live casino games and procedures
- You will need to work a minimum of 48 hours per week 8 hours per day
- You will need to work and interact in front of livestreaming cameras after taking care of by our casinos professional makeup artists.
Requirements:
- High school studies.
- Previous experience as a casino dealer is preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Be extroverted and charismatic with selfconfidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good and confident body language.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professionalism integrity and a positive attitude.
- Display the ability to control emotions in stressful situations.
- Responsible.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese with proficiency in English considered an asset. Aesthetic and pleasant appearances.
