Located in Sheraton.
Key Responsibilities:
1Lead manage and mentor the inside sales team to consistently achieve and
exceed sales targets.
2Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to improve team
performance.
3Evaluate refine and streamline sales processes and workflows to ensure
efficiency and scalability.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend tools resources and best
practices to improve team productivity.
4Oversee the use of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to track key performance
metrics (KPIs) and sales data.
5Analyze sales performance data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for
improvement.
6Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
7Ensure that the inside sales team follows best practices and sales techniques to
successfully convert leads into customers.
8Coordinate with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure
ooth collaboration and alignment on sales objectives.
9Work closely with tech teams to ensure seamless integration of payment
processing systems and ensure the team is up to date with product features and
services.
10Implement processes to enhance customer retention ensuring that customer
feedback is captured and addressed.
Qualifications:
1Minimum of 5 years in a sales operations or sales management role
preferably within the payment processing fintech or digital services industries.
2Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams with a track record of
meeting or exceeding targets.
3CRM Expertise: Handson experience with CRM platforms ideally HubSpot and other
sales tracking tools.
4DataDriven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable
insights.
5ProcessOriented: Ability to optimize sales workflows and design efficient sales
processes.
6Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success working crossfunctionally with marketing
product and tech teams.
7Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of
presenting insights and strategies to senior leadership.
