As an Engagement Manager within the Professional Services team at Fairmarkit, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful customer implementations of our platform. Partnering closely with Technical Architects, you will ensure that our clients are effectively configured and enabled for a seamless launch, ultimately enhancing their procurement processes. Your contributions will not only impact the daily operations of procurement teams but will also expand growth opportunities for vendors.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and manage multiple large enterprise implementations across various time zones, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly and effectively. Your ability to maintain comprehensive documentation will be crucial, as you will ensure that project statuses are visible and accessible via a centralized platform.
Monitoring and controlling project outcomes will be central to your responsibilities. You will proactively address issues, conflicts, and dependencies, focusing on critical path deliverables to keep projects on track. Collaboration is key; you will work cross-departmentally with product, engineering, and customer success management teams to guarantee that customer implementations are positioned for long-term success.
Adopting scalable processes for project management will enable you to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will also prepare for and conduct monthly steering committee meetings with executive stakeholders, representing both Fairmarkit and our clients, to review project progress and address any challenges.
An essential part of your role will be guiding customers through best practices for change management related to Fairmarkit’s configuration and usage. You will identify when change order requests are necessary and initiate them promptly.
Your insights will help uncover expansion opportunities for customers, which you will communicate to the Customer Success Management team. Additionally, you will relay customer product enhancement requests and their business impact to both customer success and product teams, ensuring that client feedback drives future development.
