Physical Therapist (PT) FullTime
Location: Mount Olive NC
Job Overview:
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clients healthcare team in Mount Olive NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients mobility and quality of life by creating personalized treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with patients families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical disabilities injuries or recovery from surgery.
Administer treatments such as exercises manual therapy and specialized equipment to improve movement reduce pain and prevent disability.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to achieve optimal results.
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to continue therapy outside clinical sessions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians and nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records document treatment plans and track progress.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques.
Weekend rotation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
Previous experience in physical therapy (1 years preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
CPR certification (preferred).
